While inside the well preserved remains of a glorious age were uncovered...

However the new residents had already accommodated themselves. They managed to survive the winter without gas, water or electricity, but full of dreams of...

This is how you do it: you open your doors untill some musicians come in, bringing their own instruments with them...
You make sure there is some alcohol present
And you party till the bright light of morning comes.
This is the simple, good life and in this case it lasted six months. Then of course the complicated people got it their way again...
